Refund and Exchange Policy Guidelines

Refund Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, your Tuition Fees shall be refunded back and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 number of days.

  • Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund in 10 days from the approval of refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange in program

We allow students to switch from originally purchased program to another program within 45 days of purchase.

If a student switches to another program that costs higher – the students will be asked to make the difference in payment to switch the program. The original discount will be applicable as per the purchase and the difference payment will be expected within 3 working days of application of exchange.

If the program fees of the new program student want to switch is lower than the original, student will not be required to pay any amount. However, there is no refund on the original payment.

In case of exchange of program / switching program: all accesses and material of original course will be revoked and accesses to the new course shall be provided to the student.

If the student wants to take another program with the originally purchased program. It won’t be considered in exchange and a new fresh enrollment shall be taken in the new program.
